I will work with you directly to design a 7 day program specifically towards your goals and needs. No more guessing on what to do daily. Your fitness program will include daily weight/resistance training plus a cardio schedule that will be focused towards your final goal. My programs are made-to-order and completely custom. Nothing is written until you and I speak. You are my main focus. One Skype/Phone Call is included within the first week to review/make adjustments.
